The Essence of Existence: Differentiating Shareer, Jeev, and Atma
In our fast-paced world, amidst the noise of everyday life, many still grapple with the concepts of Shareer (body), Jeev (life force), and Atma (soul). Religious texts and spiritual leaders have attempted to explain the subtle yet profound differences between them, but for many, these terms remain abstract. Recently, in a discussion with colleagues, I found that even those who have been exposed to these ideas often struggle to truly grasp what Atma is.
